Windows 10 End of Life
Support for Windows 10 will end on October 14, 2025. To ensure your systems remain secure, efficient, and optimised, we strongly recommend transitioning to Windows 11 before this deadline.
Windows 10 device will no longer receive security, feature, or technical assistance by Microsoft after this date.
Key Benefits of Windows 11

Improved Multitasking
New tools to help you manage multiple tasks more efficiently.
Advanced Security Features
With features like TPM 2.0, Smart App Control, and Microsoft Pluton security processor, Windows 11 delivers industry-leading protection, reducing the risk of security incidents.
Advanced AI Features

Not All Machines Can Be Upgraded
While Windows 11 provides numerous benefits, not all Windows 10 devices are compatible with the new operating system.
Key limitations that may affect your devices are:
RAM and Storage
The minimum requirement is 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. While this is achievable for most systems, certain older machines may not have enough resources to meet these criteria.
Secure Boot
Secure Boot, which ensures that only trusted software is loaded during the boot process, must be enabled. Older machines may not support this feature.
Graphics and Display
A compatible DirectX 12 or later graphics card and a high definition (720p) display are needed. Some older graphics cards or displays may not be compatible.
TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module)
Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0, a security feature designed to protect your data by providing hardware-level encryption. Many older systems do not have this version of TPM, which makes them incompatible with the upgrade.
Processor Compatibility
Windows 11 only supports certain Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm processors. The system needs to meet specific performance and security criteria that older processors may not fulfill. For example, Intel processors from the 8th generation or newer are required.
Support and Assistance
If your device doesn’t meet these requirements, it may not support the upgrade. In these cases, we recommend considering a new Windows 11 PC, which will offer enhanced security and performance.
