After gaining extensive experience in enterprise-level IT settings, he saw how transformative the right technology could be for a business. But he also saw how smaller businesses often struggled to access the same level of support and strategy. With her knack for communication and understanding of what business owners really needed, she helped shape that vision into a service-first, relationship-focused company.
Together, they launched the business from their home, offering reliable, approachable IT support and consulting tailored for small to medium businesses in the local area. Over the years, they’ve grown alongside their clients — many of whom are still with them today — while staying true to their roots: honest advice, hands-on help, and a commitment to making tech feel less complicated.
