What are your shipping charges?
Postage is calcualted based on the postcode of your delivery address. As we do not integrate the cost of postage into the price of our products we cannot offer free postage. However, we do offer lots of great ways to get more out of your dollar through regular sales and featured product offers.
Should I have my order sent with insurance?
We recommend selecting the option to insure your goods. For a cost of that is based on the cost of the goods being shipped, the order will provide you with a consignment tracking number, proof of pickup and delivery as a signature is required on delivery. To have your order sent with insurance, just let us know in the comments section when placing your order.
What if my order is lost or damaged after it leaves your warehouse?
All shipments will be sent out via a courier with a tracking number, once our courier picks up the goods from our warehouse all correspondence should be directed to the selected courier provider and followed up with the supplied tracking number.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We aim to have orders on their way to you by close of business the following working day. So if you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be posted on the Monday. Our delivery agent delivery terms may differ, Alpha IT Solutions will endeavor to provide following guidelines for delivery times.
- Delivery within the same city or town (we are Sydney based) next working day
- Between other locations within the same state 1-3 working days
- Between adjoining capitals cities 2 working days
- To other interstate locations 2-5 working days

To prevent fraudulent credit card use, this website requires the credit card billing address to be supplied at point of registration. This information is carried through to the order processing, but we do allow you to select shipping address, should it be needed.
